These flavorful cookies use brown butter to add extra richness to the classic snickerdoodle. They are a roll out cookie and hold their shape well when baked, while still having a soft, delicious bite. Decorate with royal icing, buttercream, or just enjoy straight out of the oven!  I suggest making a double batch, because these are always a favorite!
